The Peaceful Power Project is a Mindfulness, Movement and Mindset Therapy. As is with most therapies in alcohol and drug rehabilitation, The Peaceful Power Project complements other avenues of recovery, including twelve step, faith based and medical programs.
Peaceful Power Project for Addiction Recovery
Peaceful Power Project for Addiction Recovery is a Mindfulness, Movement, and Mindset based program with the intention of supporting individuals who struggle with addiction on their healing and recovery journey. This program meets each individual where they are at and provides them the tools, skills, and practices to live a more peaceful, powerful, and present life.

Mindful Movement Practice

Sarah Granato has been teaching Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation for over 15 yrs. Most recently Sarah has facilitated groups for a virtual Intensive Outpatient Therapy program that serves adolescents and young adults through the lenses of those modalities. She is a mindset and accountability coach and serves her clients individually and in group settings. She has also written and published 3 yoga and mindfulness children’s books. Sarah is passionate about serving the addiction recovery and mental health community because she has personally experienced the impact of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation on her own healing journey.
